Can I migrate from a free portal?
Yes. If you created a portal via /new, your content follows you when you subscribe using the same email. Everything stays intact — no re-upload needed.
What happens if I cancel?
Your portals stay active until the end of your billing period. After that, they switch to read-only. Your files and client links remain alive for 30 days, giving you time to export or re-subscribe.

Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
